The Pacific Coast Highway
The Coromandel Peninsula is
the premier destination on The Pacific Coast Highway, an alternative touring route through
the North Island of New Zealand linking Auckland in the
north and Napier in the south.
The Pacific Coast Highway is identified as potentially one of the great coastal touring
routes in New Zealand, and indeed the world. To travel along the whole route, a minimum of
5-6 days would be needed.
